Public Notes:
The overall project is a 3,856 sf, three-story addition to an historic masonry building, divided into two phases. This current project is the first of the two phases; it is limited to the first floor concrete pad (2,337 sf footprint) and it’s footings and foundation. The scope will include necessary site grading, footings and foundations, elevator pit and cover, exterior ramp and stair, railings, minor parking lot grading and paving, and roughins for future mechanical, electrical, and plumbing utilities. The entire project is intended to create an accessible entrance for the second floor Opera House, which is to be remodeled in a future project. The addition will include an exterior entrance plaza with ramp and stair for access to an entrance lobby, elevator, accessible restrooms, catering kitchen, space for mechanical units for the future renovation of the Opera House, and mechanical and storage spaces. The phase two work will be bid at a future time.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $150.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
