necessary and incidental to perform all work described in the Proposed Contract Documents entitled: Saunders County Courthouse Toilet Remodel and Restoration, Wahoo, Nebraska,
dated October 1, 2024 will be received by Saunders County Nebraska, at the County Clerk’s office Courthouse, 433 N Chestnut, Wahoo, Nebraska on July 1st, 2025 until 10:00 AM local time. The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the adjacent Commissioners' hearing room.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $80.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
