The Work called for in these Bid Documents includes the remodel and improvements to the ACP Education Suite at Lewis and Clark Middle School, located at 6901 Burt Street, Omaha, NE 68132. The Work includes, but is not limited to electric, low voltage, mechanical, plumbing, framing, doors and door frames, hardware, and finishes required to construct two classrooms, one restroom, two sensory rooms, and kitchen learning lab.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $100.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.

All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
