1. FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY COMPLETE THE WORK WHICH INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE
FOLLOWING:
a. TAP INTO EXISTING M.U.D. MAIN.
b. BUILDING DOMESTIC WATER SERVICE.
c. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PLUMBING, CONNECTION PERMITS AND TESTING.
d. CONTRACTOR SHALL PAY ALL TAP FEES, MAIN FEES, AND METER FEES REQUIRED BY M.U.D.
e. CONTRACTOR SHALL CONSTRUCT ALL WATER MAIN, FITTINGS (HORIZONTAL OR VERTICAL), RESTRAINTS, FIRE HPAN
f. YDRANTS, OR OTHER INCIDENTALS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE AND FULLY FUNCTIONAL WATER SYSTEM AS DEPICTED ON THE
PROJECT PLANS. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ADJUSTING THE VERTICAL ALIGNMENT AS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED
MINIMUM 6' COVER (BELOW PROPOSED FINISHED GRADE) AND/OR TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH EXISTING AND/OR PROPOSED UTILITIES.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $60.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
