All interested parties must complete an NDA with the department of correctional facilities prior to obtaining bid documents. Contact JOSH ANDREW at JOSH.ANDREW@NEBRASKA.GOV to receive and execute a copy of the NDA in order to receive access to order plans and specifications for this project.
The project consists of construction of multiple new buildings, site improvements,
fencing, roads, parking lots and utilities as indicated in the Contract Documents.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $500.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
A FULL size printed copy of bid documents including all specifications and 30x42 sized plans can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $3,000.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
A HALF size printed copy of bid documents including all specifications and 15x21 sized plans can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $950.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $250.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
