All attendees are required to sign-in at that time, and only those who attend the pre-bid meeting will be allowed to submit a bid. Proposals received from bidders not attending the pre-bid meeting will be returned unopened. Questions may be asked at the pre-bid meeting. However, such questions and the answers given will not be transcribed or transmitted to the other potential bidders.

*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
