The work includes the removal, protection, and relocation of existing furniture,
fixtures, equipment, and casework located at the SCC Education Square
downtown location. The work also includes the reinstallation of the relocated
existing furniture, fixtures, equipment, and casework, along with new architectural
finishes, CMU masonry, GWB, painting, acoustical ceilings, wood doors,
mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work at the SCC Lincoln Main
Campus. Total work area of the SCC Lincoln Main Campus encompasses
approximately 1,447 square feet of renovation.
