Public Notes:
The work includes the removal, protection, and relocation of existing furniture, fixtures, equipment, and casework located at the SCC Education Square downtown location. The work also includes the reinstallation of the relocated existing furniture, fixtures, equipment, and casework, along with new architectural finishes, CMU masonry, GWB, painting, acoustical ceilings, wood doors, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work at the SCC Lincoln Main Campus. Total work area of the SCC Lincoln Main Campus encompasses approximately 1,447 square feet of renovation.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $80.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.

All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
