Bid Info:   Bids will be received at the Department of Transportation Operations Division, located at 5001 S. 14th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, until 3:00.00 PM, local time on March 27, 2025, and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: North Platte, NE

Public Notes:
This project involves the replacement of the Nebraska Department of Roads, East Bound weigh station scale located East of North Platte. The work includes demolition of the existing scale and scale pit and installation of a new scale pit, scale and controls. The new pit will include a drainage and lighting system. Work is not expected within the scale building except as required to route new control wiring and install the control system at the existing control counter. This project does include removal and replacement of flatwork around the scale and related subgrade repair and/or remediation as may be required by the project. Portions of the existing sub-grade drainage system will also be replaced.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $100 payable to A&D.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
