Public Notes:
The proposed facility improvements generally consist of a possible addition to the existing facility (likely to the north of the existing facility), with a preliminary size of approximately 40,000 – 50,000 square feet along with renovations of portions of the original 1925 building, the 1963 addition, and the 1967 shop building addition. In the alternative, there is the possibility that the original 1925 building could be demolished in its entirety and replaced with playground space. Renovation scope may vary and could consist of various intensities of remodel and renovation work.

Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
