The proposed facilities improvements project consists of the following:
A. PreK-3 Elementary New Facility. This project includes program space for a 3/4-
track elementary school, as well as preschool space. It will also include a new gymnasium, office,
and workspace for teachers. The anticipated size is approximately 65,000 square feet. The
proposed new PreK-3 facility is set to be developed at the current site of the Middle School/High
School.
B. Middle School Additions and Renovations. Renovation of existing classroom and
building finishes, approximately 20,000 square feet. Addition and renovation of existing commons
and kitchen, doors, windows, floors, restrooms, plumbing, electrical, and security.
C. High School HVAC. Replacement of HVAC and heat pumps.

*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
