Bid Info:   Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Glenwood, Iowa on the proposed contract documents (plans, specifications, and form of contract) and estimated cost for the Sharp Street Paving Improvements in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 26.12, Code of Iowa, at its meeting at 7:00 P.M, p.m. on Tuesday, April 08, 2025, in said City Hall, Glenwood, Iowa.

Project Location: Glenwood, IA

Public Notes:
Project includes removal of existing asphalt pavement and replacement with PC concrete pavement, curb ramps, and miscellaneous improvements.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $40.00 payable to Eagle Engineering.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
