PreBid Info:   All contractors submitting bids for the work represent that they have carefully examined the site and buildings and are familiar with all conditions that may affect the work under the Contract. The prebid conference will be held on February 25, 2025 starting at noon CST at the Pk-12 Building. Following the walk at the PK-12 building all contractors can go to the SWITCH building at 1:00 for a walk of that building/roof.

Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received by the East Mills Community School District (ATTN: District Offices), 1505 E 15th Street, Malvern, IA 51551 until 12:00 p.m. on the 28st day of February 2025 for all labor, materials, and methods for the Partial Re Roof Project and will be opened and read aloud at 12:15 p.m. for construction of the following improvements. (No awards will be made at this time.)

Public Notes:
Partial roof removal and replacement of the PK-12 Building, including all accessories and assemblies to make a complete installation. Alternates are located at the SWITCH Facility in a different location.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $40.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.

All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
