The bids are for a single Prime Contract (general, mechanical, and electrical combined) for the new
construction of the LPTC CTE Building of approximately 3,804 square feet, and all other associated work as
indicated on the drawings and within the specifications. The project will be located at 601 East College Drive,
Little Priest Tribal College, Winnebago, NE 68071

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $150.00 payable to Plan Architecture.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
