PreBid Info:   A pre-bid meeting will be held VIA ZOOM at 2:00 p.m. local time on Monday, February 10, 2025. Bidders expressing interest to the Architect (bheide@bvh.com) by 24 hrs. prior, will be sent a Zoom link for the pre-bid meeting. All bidders are encouraged to attend. Contractors are not required to make a pre-bid site visit. Those wishing to access the school roof will need to bring their own ladder and make an appointment by contacting Dan Blackburn 712-310-5197 at least 72 hours in advance. Contractors wishing to view the UNDERSIDE of the roof deck conditions should confirm their attendance with the Owner’s Representative via phone no later than 2:00 p.m. on February 11th, 2025, to arrange a time. Contractors should bring their own ladders to access above ceiling locations.

The entire project is within Fremont-Mills School campus, 1114 Hwy. 275, Tabor, IA 51653. The project consists of complete tear-off of existing roof system and replacement with a new fully adhered EPDM roof system of approximately 17,078 S.F. on roof area C.

*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.

All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
