Bid Info:   Bids must be prepared on the attached bid form, with all required information provided, and submitted in a sealed opaque envelope with the bid name and the date and time of the deadline for submitting bids noted on the exterior of the envelope. Bids are due at 3:00 P.M. (CT), Thursday, February 20, 2025.

Public Notes:
Westside Community Schools wishes to replace the water closets, replace the unit ventilators, and upgrade the existing pneumatic controls to digital controls to improve the operating performance of the existing equipment. The mechanical contractor shall coordinate directly with the controls contractor as required for installation of temperature controls. The District will directly contract commissioning with a third party. The mechanical contractor shall cooperate with the Commissioning Authority to complete all commissioning activities.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $50.00 payable to Westside Community Schools
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
