PreBid Info:   All Bidders are encouraged to attend a Pre-bid Conference located at the main entrance of Central Middle School. 12801 L St., Omaha, NE 68137 on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 9:30 A.M. to familiarize themselves with the site conditions, Bidding requirements, General/Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications. The Pre-Bid Conference is the ONLY time bidders will be allowed access to the building to review existing conditions.

The project consists demolition of an existing rooftop air handling unit (RTU-4) and replacement with a new unit, as well as miscellaneous ductwork, piping, and structural modifications.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $30.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.

All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
