PreBid Info:   A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 3:30 P.M. CST on Thursday, January 23, 2025, starting at the Teacher Training Conference Center, Meeting Room #2, with a general overview of the project and work scope, then we will walk to the Teacher. Training Conference Center, followed by Westridge Elementary on the same campus. From there we will meet back up at Hillrise Elementary and will end at Skyline Elementary. All general contractors wishing to submit a bid proposal are required to meet with the Owner and Architect to review all aspects of the Project. General Contractors MUST be present at all 4 building sites and initial the sign-in sheet upon arrival at each site. Other interested subcontractors and suppliers are also welcome to attend.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CST), Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at the Administration Building, located at 20650 Glenn Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68022. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close. Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of A&D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89 St., Omaha, NE 68127, upon depositing the sum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), payable to Elkhorn Public Schools, for the set of Bidding Documents. The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A & D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89 St., Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition within ten (10) days after the bid date.

Public Notes:
The Work of this Contract comprises the general construction of Four (4) Storm Safe Area Additions to the following Elkhorn Public Schools Buildings, Skyline Elementary School, Hillrise Elementary School, Westridge Elementary School and I.T./Teacher Training Conference Center in Elkhorn, Nebraska, under the Architect's Project Number JJA 3669, accordance with the Contract Documents. Construct the Work under a single stipulated sum contract.

A digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $75.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $150.00 payable to Elkhorn Public Schools.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
