Such Bids are to be received in a clearly labeled envelope with the statement "Underwood Hills Early Learning Center Addition and Renovation " in Bold and underlined text. Bid Opening shall occur in the ABC Building, Boardroom. Electronically Submitted Bids are not allowed.
