Bid Info:   BIDS ARE DUE 2:00 P.M. (CDT), TUESDAY, JANUARY 28, 2025. Documents will be available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All bidders who require hard copies of bid documents shall place an order directly with A & D Technical Supply and shall pay all costs associated with printing and if applicable, all shipping costs. Only full and complete sets will be printed - partial set orders are not allowed. Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.

Westside High School would like to upgrade their theatrical lighting control system and replace their rigging system to modernize it and make it more safe. The project includes but is not limited to the following major elements: · New theatrical lighting control system · New house lighting · New rigging system

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $50.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.

All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
