Project Description: The project consists of a school addition of approximately 8,500 SF. The addition will include new gymnasium/FEMA shelter and two new early childhood classrooms. The gymnasium will be precast with a thin-brick veneer, and the classrooms will be metal framing structure with brick veneer. Both the storm shelter and classrooms will have joist and metal deck roof construction. Project includes light remodel to existing facility.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $300.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.

All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
