THIS PROJECT WILL CONSIST OF REMOVING A LARGE BUNDLE TYPE DOMESTIC HOT WATER GENERATOR AND REPLACING IT WITH TWO SMALLER UNITS. THE EXISTING UNIT IS TOO LARGE TO REMOVE FROM THE MECHANICAL ROOM VIA EXISTING DOUBLE DOOR. THE EXISTING UNIT WILL NEED TO BE CUT INTO SMALL PIECES AND REMOVED. THE DOMESTIC HOT WATER HEATER IS THE PRIMARY SOURCE OF 140°FAND 120°F DOMESTIC HOT WATER FOR THE KITCHEN IN THIS BUILDING. THIS MEANS THERE IS A NEEDFOR SPEED AND EFFICIENCY WHEN REMOVING AND INSTALLING THE NEW DOMESTIC HOT WATER GENERATION SYSTEM.
