PM to familiarize themselves with the site conditions, Bidding requirements, General/ Supplementary
Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications. The Pre-Bid
Conference is the ONLY time bidders will be allowed access to the building to review existing
conditions.

The entire project is within Sandoz Elementary School campus, 5959 Oak Hills Drive. The
project consists of the replacement of an existing multizone rooftop unit with two single zone
rooftop units, modifications to existing and associated general construction, temperature
controls, and electrical work.

Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
