Work under this proposed contract, includes but is not limited to, the removal of the
existing Kraft paper face fiberglass batt insulation and spray foam insulation below the
roof deck of the entire office building, and replace it with new 1/4” OSB attached to the
bottom of the existing roof truss upper framing members, to create a vent space and
applying sprayed urethane insulation coated with intumescent coating per the drawings
and specifications.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
