The project is located at multiple MPS facilities:-
1. Ezra Millard Elementary School, 14111 Blondo St, Omaha, NE 68164

- 3. Reeder Elementary School, 19202 Chandler St, Gretna, NE 68028
- 4. Upchurch Elementary School, 8686 S 165th St, Omaha, NE 68136
- 5. West High School, 5710 S 176th Ave, Omaha, NE 68135
Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and
transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a
workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of the Millard Public Schools -
Summer Multi-Site Door Replacement .
Renovations will take place during staff and student summer vacation but various areas of the
facility will be occupied by the summer school activities . Contractors and District staff will work
closely to isolate areas of work.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $30.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
