Project Description: Project consists of construction of an approximate 8,500 sf of tenant suite build-out including an Orthopedic Clinic and Urgent Care as shown on the drawing and described in the specifications.

Bidders have been prequalified by Owner. Prequalified bidders are as follows:
1. Cheever Construction.
2. Hausmann Construction.
3. P. Makinler Building Group.
4. Sampson Construction.

Printed sets of bid documents obtained upon receipt of a $200.00 deposit, checks made payable to The Davis Design.

If required, documents can be mailed UPS for an additional payment of $35.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply.
