A RECOMMENDED Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted on Wednesday, December 4th, 2:00pm CST,
at the Wildhorse Golf Club, 40950 County Road 768, Gothenburg, Nebraska. The purpose of the prebid
meeting will be to answer any concerns of the general contractors regarding the drawings,
specifications, etc. Although the pre-bid meeting is not required, it will be mandatory for the bidding
general contractor to visit the site prior to the bid opening to familiarize the themselves with any
existing site conditions.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $75.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
