Public Notes:
Project will provide alterations and expansion at location of existing Break Loacker and Offices areas with the CI Pre Stressed Plant. Work includes demolition of existing floor slabs, partitions, and miscellaneous demo for construction of elements as shown on Drawings. Project will primarily be interior finish/ renovation. Some exterior work is required for construction of new vestibules and roof mounted skylights. Scope to include all new general, structural, electrical, mechanical, and life safety.
