NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Education of Dakota County School District 22-0011 a/k/a South Sioux City Community Schools, a Class III public school and Nebraska political subdivision (School), is hereby requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms to provide pre-bond budgeting, preconstruction design consulting and construction management at risk services pursuant to the Nebraska Political Subdivisions Construction Alternatives Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. ยงยง 13-2901 et seq., relating to a proposed multiple school facilities project on facilities located throughout the School.
