Sealed Bids for the construction of the Papio NRD Field Office Shop, 09225.01 will be received, by
Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District (Papio NRD) at the office of the Papio NRD 8901 South
154th Street, Omaha, NE 68138 until 10:00 a.m., local time on October 29th, 2024 at which time the Bids
received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing new field office shop
building.

Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility
and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete,
in a workman like manner, the Work required for the new field office shop, including all
Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Work.
The project includes a new pre-engineered metal building. The new building shall include
all stie improvements; structural systems, HVAC systems, controls, equipment and
appurtenances as indicated, plumbing includes domestic cold and hot water, , electrical
improvements, power, emergency power, lighting, electronics, doors, hardware, paints,
flooring, gypsum board, metal studs, ATC etc.

*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
