Public Notes:
OHA is soliciting bids to replace existing apartment and common area windows at multiple high-rise tower locations. Based upon the attached drawings and specifications, the project scope entails the removal and replacement of all 2nd through top floor level residential apartment and elevator lobby windows, also all first floor windows other than store front systems for Jackson, Park North/South and Kay-Jay towers inclusive. The focus at the Farnam Building,1613 Farnam Street, is the main street (north) elevation and the 2nd floor removal and replacement of the arch-top wood window frames and sashes, as well as the 3rd thru 7th floor single-hung windows, while also taking into consideration their historical context. The removal and replacement of all south and east elevation windows are considered non-historic and shall be treated as such in their level of detail and finish. For a more detailed description see Attachment K, as noted in Section 2.1.2.
