The project consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to improve (extend) the utility lines north up to the 88 M course training area from existing end points near and along J Street at the Mead Training Site, Yutan, Nebraska. Project to include extension of underground potable waterlines, underground electrical conduit and conductors, communication
conduit and fiber lines, and supporting end point services for the utilities. Project also includes the installation of OPPD approved pull boxes, switch and transformer along the service route.
