Bid Info:   A hearing will be conducted thereon at a meeting of said Utilities Board to be held in the City Hall, Glenwood, Iowa, 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at which time and place any person may appear and file objections to the proposed Drawings, Specifications and form of Contract and estimated costs for said improvements.
Sealed Bids for the construction of said improvements will be received by the Secretary at the City Hall, Glenwood, Iowa, until 8:00 a.m. on such date and will be opened and publicly read, immediately after the termination of said hearing.

*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
