The work consists of the Fall 2024 and Fall 2025 winterization and spring start-up of forty-one (41)
seasonal facilities in the Omaha Park System, including pool bathhouses, pump houses,
concessions/restroom buildings, backflows, drinking fountains/hydrants, pavilions, and dog park
fountains. Facilities shall be put back into service in Spring 2025 and Spring 2026 under this contract.
Irrigation systems and irrigation backflows are not included in this scope of work. See “Special
Provisions” for list of locations.
