Project Description: The scope of work anticipated for the 1500 Building facility includes the re-roof of approximately 20,000 square feet. Work shall include the removal of the existing roofing, insulation and edge metals in all areas and replacement with a tapered insulation system and fully adhered, 60 or 90 mil, 30 year no dollar limit warranty, EPDM membrane system.
