The bids are for a single Prime Contract (general, mechanical, and electrical combined) for the renovation of the LPTC Elk Clan Building Auditorium of approximately 2500 square feet. In general, Work consists of interior finishes, electrical, and new seating and desks in a 2500 square foot auditorium in the Elk Clan Building, located on the Little Priest Tribal College campus, Winnebago.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
