Sealed bids will be received by SANITARY AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 230 OF SARPY
COUNTY, NEBRASKA, at the office of their Engineer, EAGLE ENGINEERING GROUP, 12100
W. Center Road, Suite 803, Omaha, Nebraska 68144, until 10:00 a.m. on July 9, for the 2024 Solid
Waste Collection and Disposal Services and all items incidental or necessary thereto, in and for said
District, according to the Plans and Specifications for said improvements now on file with the Clerk
of the District and at the office of said Engineer, which bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and
tabulated at that time.

*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
