All attendees are required to sign in at that time, and only the attendees of the pre-bid meetings will be allowed to submit a bid. Proposals received from bidders not attending the pre-bid meeting will be returned unopened.

The work called for in these bid documents includes the replacement of seven (7) existing Roof Top HVAC Units (RTUs) totaling 43-tons with new seven (7) RTUs totaling 43-tons and associated gas piping, duct work and electrical modification at Kellom Elementary. At Kellom Educcare, the work includes adding one (1) 10-ton Roof Top HVAC Unit (RTU) and associated gas piping, duct work and electrical modifications. Also, the work requires structural modifications and roof patching. A more detailed summary of the work to be performed is in Section 3.1 below. A copy of the bid with original signatures by the bidder, including all required information, attachments and exhibits, including an original bid bond as required in Section 1.2, are to be submitted to the District in accordance with the requirements of the Bid Documents.
