All attendees are required to sign in at that time, and only the attendees of the pre-bid meetings will be allowed to submit a bid. Proposals received from bidders not attending the pre-bid meeting will be returned unopened.

OPS McMillan Roof Top HVAC Units Replacement

The work called for in these bid documents includes the replacement of two (2) existing 25-ton Roof Top HVAC Units (RTUs) with new two (2) 25-tonRTUs and associated gas piping, duct work and electrical modifications at McMillan Middle School. The work also requires structural modifications and roof patching. A more detailed summary of the work to be performed is in Section 3.1 below. A copy of the bid with original signatures by the bidder, including all required information, attachments and exhibits, including an original bid bond as required in Section 1.2, are to be submitted to the District in accordance with the requirements of the Bid Documents.

Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
