Public Notes:
Removal, retention, and replacement of ballasted components for a seven section EPDM roofing project. Two base bids, and five alternate sections for the construction of a mechanically attached insulation and adhered coverboard and EPDM roofing system. Total project size is approximately 56,300 sf.
All bids must be bid and should be submitted for construction in 2024. Note construction will not be subject to the summer break timeframe. Any combination of base and alternates may be omitted or chosen by the owner. Award of contract will be to a single contractor. Anticipated construction budget for all sections $1,229,000.
