PreBid Info:   All bidders are encouraged to attend a voluntary pre-bid meeting on-site to familiarize themselves with the conditions under which they will operate, address project specifics, and address any questions or concerns that may arise. The meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on June 4, 2024, at the water tower site located at 500 Gleason Avenue, Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Public Notes:
Work consists of construction of a new 1.0 million gallon water tower and associated improvements at the site of the existing Memorial Water Tower at 500 Gleason Avenue, and also removal of the existing water tower.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
