Public Notes:
On behalf of the referenced Owner, we are requesting proposals for overlot grading and surcharge work described on the enclosed plans (Sheltering Tree Overlot Grading and SWPPP, Rev. 2, dated May 8, 2024) and proposal form. All work shall be in accordance with City of Omaha Standard Specifications. Prices shall be full compensation for all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the work required to complete the project.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
