DESCRIPTION – Project consists of a new Elementary school and removal of the old school. Work
includes, but is not limited to the following; foundations, flatwork, fencing, irrigation, landscaping,
masonry, steel, erection, finish carpentry, casework, millwork, countertops, insulation, roofing, metal
panels, caulking, door/frames/hardware, storefront, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, accessories,
food service equipment, athletic equipment, site utilities, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical

A complete printed copy is available upon the receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $500.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. per set, *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.
Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
