To Whom It May Concern, The Westwood Community School District is seeking submissions for statements of qualifications for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMaC) for the above project. The district invites those qualified firms to submit their statement of qualifications for completing the items described under the project description and scope of work. Submissions shall cover all requirements as described in this request for qualifications.
Westwood Community School District serves approximately 625 students from the surrounding areas. The district is a single facility school district that covers over 164,000 square feet. The school grounds also cover nearly 34 acres of property. Aside from the school building, the site also has athletic fields for football, track, baseball, softball, and playgrounds for both preschool and elementary students.
