Metropolitan Community College (MCC) currently utilizes a third-party monitoring company for fire alarm panels
throughout their campuses. They desire to use their Central Monitoring Facility, which serves as their Police
Dispatch Center, as a Proprietary Supervising Station per NFPA 72, 26.4, to monitor their own fire alarm panels.
Their Central Monitoring Facility at Building 34, the Booker Building, is constructed to serve this function. MCC
would like to move forward with procuring UL Listed transmitting equipment at each fire alarm panel and UL
Listed Central Station Equipment to function as a Proprietary Supervising Station Alarm System. The project
includes but is not limited to the following major elements:
• Installation of new cellular dialers at all campus intrusion detection and fire alarm panels
• Installation of central monitoring equipment in Building 34
• Installation of central station software in Building 34 dispatch center
• Training on software and equipment

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $30.00 payable to Metropolitan Community College
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $14.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
