Bid Info:   The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 513 of Douglas County, NE (Arbor Ridge), will receive sealed bids via mail until 2:00 PM Local Time, May 2nd, 2024 at Olsson Inc. (2111 South 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be opened and read aloud.

The project is briefly described as follows:
Unit Base Bids: The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the installation of concrete panel replacement, curb replacement, crack/joint repair and other appurtenances necessary for a completed project.

The Engineer is Olsson, Inc. and all communication relative to the work prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to Shawn Kilgore, skilgore@olsson.com (402-341-1116). The Engineer’s address is 2111 South 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106.

Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
