Westwood Community Schools will be publishing a request for statements of qualifications (“RFQ”) for Construction Manager as Constructor (“CMaC”) services for the project on May 3, 2024.

Public Notes:
Westwood Community Schools intends to enter a guaranteed maximum price contract for Preconstruction services and the potential construction & remodeling of their K-12 facility located at 1000 Rebel Way, Sloan, IA 51055. Pre-construction services to begin immediately upon award to assist with current design/planning underway. Construction timeline and budgeting will be a part of the preconstruction services.
