NE 69101, until 11:00 a.m., C.D.T. on May 14th, at which hour or as soon as possible thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in
the City Hall Council Chambers.

Sealed proposals will be received by the City North Platte, Nebraska for the furnishing of labor, materials, equipment and all else necessary to
properly construct the City of North Platte, Recreation Center Addition and Renovation, consisting of renovation of approximately 11,000
square feet and the addition of approximately 100,000 square feet to an existing recreation facility in North Platte, NE, including associated
mechanical, electrical and site construction. The Project will be completed in multiple phases to allow the existing facility to remain in operation
throughout the duration of the Work.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $400.00 payable to the City of North Platte, Nebraska
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
