Public Notes:
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln (the Owner) is soliciting bids from qualified construction firms to provide services for the Nebraska Hospitality Leadership and Innovation Academy Tenant Improvement (the Project) located at 2101 Transformation Drive, Suite 1100, Lincoln, NE 68508. The project consists of an interior tenant build-out of a 6,670 square foot educational facility.
Questions concerning this Invitation to Bid must be submitted to Wilma Hanson-McCoy at whansonmccoy@goldenrodcompanies.com. All questions must be submitted before May 8, 2024.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950. Or at 1822 N Street, STE B, Lincoln, NE 68508.

A printed copy is available upon the receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.

Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents must be returned within 14 days of the bid opening or the deposit will be forfeit.
