Street, Griswold, IA 51535, until April 23, 2024 at 5:00 pm local time. At that time and place the Bids
received will be publicly opened, read, and considered.

Public Notes:

|
Installation of approximately 1,800 linear feet of new sewer piping and associated structures, filling
and plugging of approximately 600 linear feet of existing piping, and spot repairs of existing piping in
the storm sewer system serving the City of Griswold. The project also includes the removal and
replacement of sections of road pavement, city sidewalks, and several driveways where piping must
be installed.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
