Sealed Bids for the construction of the Papillion Creek Tributary Section 319 Water Quality Project (PMRNRD
Project No. 503) will be received, by Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District (Papio
NRD) at the office of the Papio NRD 8901 South 154th Street, Omaha, NE 68138 until 10:00 AM local time
on April 29, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project consists
of furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work to constructg a Main Dam consisting of
approximately 110,000 cubic yards of embankment, 2,900 tons of rock riprap, an inlet riser structure, 180
lineal feet of 48-inch diameter PCCP, and an impact stilling basin structure, and a Constructed Wetlands
berm consisting of approximately 11,000 cubic yards of embankment, rock rip rap weirs, and associated
seeding. Quantities are provided for information only. The Contractor is responsible for verification of
quantities.
